1. Presentation & Poster Formatting
Which layout dimensions or template should I follow?
Please follow the official layout template exactly. If there are any contradictions or variations regarding fonts, formatting, or slide sizes in previous communications, please ignore them and follow the structural master template directly.

Are the template font sizes customizable?
The font parameters specified inside the template structure denote the minimum required sizes to guarantee crystal-clear legibility metrics on screens. You are highly encouraged to increase font sizes if your structural column layouts permit.
Am I allowed to adjust the color schemes?
Yes, authors are fully permitted to customize or change the active background or element color schemes of their posters.
What headings or text sections must be present?
You must follow the standard structural topics (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion). Please review past configuration examples to see exactly how sections should be organized.
Are we required to submit video or multimedia components?
No video components are required for your presentation profile. The committee has officially removed the multimedia requirements outlined in previous notices.
Should the author names be printed directly onto the poster background?
Yes, author names and institutional affiliations must be explicitly mentioned on the poster face layout.

2. Presentation Numbers (PP) & Panel Allocations
When will our Session Mappings and Presentation Numbers (PP) update?
Designated poster presentation numbers (e.g., PP001) and session boardroom tracks are being updated live today. We sincerely apologize for the layout delay, which resulted directly from the record-breaking volume of submissions evaluated this term.
3. Deadlines & Abstract Book Submission
What is the final abstract book submission deadline parameter?
The final abstract submission timeline window has been extended to August 16th at Midnight. When sending over your profile text for the official Abstract Book publication layout, please review and replicate formatting criteria precisely to avoid exclusion.
